Bue Maher was recently named the first recipient of Clare Valley Enterprises' Employee of the Month award for the year.
At a presentation on February 19 the team gathered together for lunch and eagerly anticipated the announcement of the luck recipient.
Production manager Rick Collis gave a couple of hints as to who the recipient could be before he presented the Employee of the Month for January to Bue.
Bue has been on the spindle molder doing the edge cuts for nearly all of the Henschke Wine boxes.
Bue was the first and is now the only client at CVE is able to operate and achieve the desired outcome using this machine.
For the past five months Bue has spent his three days a week operating the machine and fitting the lids, which is not an easy task.
He has been instrumental in getting the job done and keeps up to date with the job order.
When Bue is offered another task so he can have a break from the spindle molder he will often choose to stay on the spindle molder instead.
For this reason, Bue is a very valuable asset to the Clare Valley Enterprises team.
A Thank you was extending to CVE's to Award Sponsor,Vinpac International and to bottling manager Mick Nesbitt for attending the presentation on the day.
