As Stef Gebbie made her way from Morgan to Burra and Jamestown, she felt it was the best week yet.
Her 4000km trek, on horseback, from the east of Australia across to the west has seen her enjoy the sights along the way and an ever-changing landscape.
She is joined by her two four-legged companions Micky and Mr Richard.
Late last week they were welcomed with open arms to a property in Burra and then another in Jamestown.
In her weekly wrap-up, Stef said from Morgan to Jamestown may have been the best week of her trip so far. "So much landscape diversity, from the bare mallee country between Morgan and Burra to the lush green pastures surrounding Jamestown...So many great chats with passing folk. And so much generous hospitality. SA, I think I'm in love," she said in a Facebook post.
This ride helps tick off a want of Stef's to cross a continent. This week, Stef will make her way further north to Wilmington and Port Augusta.
