Fast becoming one of the state’s most popular acts, The 60 Four will bring the sounds of the sixties to venues across South Australia.
The 60 Four’s incredible talent, with their slick moves and flawless four-part harmonies, has seen them go from strength to strength in the Adelaide entertainment industry. The critically acclaimed quartet have performed over 100 times, in public, private and corporate settings at venues including the Adelaide Oval, St Peter’s Cathedral, The Entertainment Centre, Ayers House, and the Royal Adelaide Show. They have also performed as a part of two Adelaide Fringe Festivals, performing to over 2000 people in 10 sold out performances over two years.
This show will make it impossible for the crowd to stay seated as the boys perform a selection of their favourite 60s hits, paying homage to artists including: Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Johnny O’Keefe, The Monkees, The Turtles, The Foundations and The Temptations. Everyone will be singing along in no time! Eager to bring this unmissable show to as much of South Australia as possible, the regional tour will take the boys to Clare, Victor Harbor, Naracoorte, and Murray Bridge, as well as the Adelaide CBD.
Glam Adelaide’s Brian Godfrey said: “These boys have it all: charisma, looks, great vocals (together and individually); stunning dance moves; cheeky patter; and the most extraordinary energy ever. They are the complete package.”
The group come from various musical backgrounds, including musical theatre, opera and pop-rock. Despite these different tastes, Ben Francis, Lachlan Williams, Kyle Hall and Jack Conroy have shared a love for 60s music since Helpmann award-winning cabaret performer Michael Griffiths introduced them to the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.
This will be the second performance season for new member Jack Conroy, who joined the group at the start of 2018.
General public tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday 8th June. All tickets available through the60four.com.
