Clare Men's Shed given a boost by Fairmont Homes

Clare Men's Shed members Ross Gower, David Kleinig, Bob Trezise and Neville Graham don their newest shirts.

Clare Men's Shed members Ross Gower, David Kleinig, Bob Trezise and Neville Graham don their newest shirts.

Members of the Clare Men’s Shed have been gifted with a high vision polo shirt and cap, thanks to Fairmont Homes.

Former sub-contractor to the South Australian company, Bob Trezise said the members of Clare Men’s Shed were now visible to each other and people using the area.

Thanks to the donation, each member has a shirt and cap.

The 10 members meet on a weekly basis – each Wednesday and/or Thursday – to get together and enjoy each others’ company while woodworking.

Members have recently made, and continue to make, items for sale at the Olive Bus Clare.

These include honey dippers, vases and more. All made from timber.

Clare Men’s Shed is always on the look out for and welcomes new members.

If you are interested in joining in with the Clare Men’s Shed, contact coordinator Malcolm Norman on 0427 616 868.

For a $2 donation, the Men’s Shed at Clare provides morning tea and the chance to make new friends.
