People from across the state, and even from as far as Victoria, flocked to the Clare Valley Racing Club on Sunday.
The Racing Club hosted the Clare Cup, sponsored by the Taminga Hotel.
As well as the races, entertainment also included the fashions of the field, music from Bonny and Jojo Krause and face painting to keep the kids entertained.
Italian restaurant from McLaren Vale, Pizzateca, also made their way to Clare for the meet with a popup wood oven ensuring that there was plenty of delicious pizza to go around.
Penny for a Pound, ridden by Jamie Kah and owned by Mr R J Manwaring took home the prestigious Clare Cup.
The six year old mare ran a time of 1:55.720.
Second place went to Copper Coast Raida, and third went to Medvedev.
