South Clare export Riley Knight had a reasonable game for the Adelaide Crows on Friday against Sydney. He racked up 10 kicks, 12 handballs, five marks and four tackles in a nait-biting match.
Knight has re-signed with Adelaide until at least the end of the 2019 season, after playing 14 games so far in 2017 and an injury interrupted 2016.
KELLOCK IS A MATCH WINNER
Sacred Heart College collected the 2017 All Schools Girls open football title after a thrilling and controversial finish at Woodville Oval on Tuesday afternoon, August 15. Burra export Annie Kellock lived every footballer’s dream kicking the title winning goal deep in the last quarter of the clash with Henley High.
Her kick gave Hearts a "heart-stopping" come from behind victory. For the Sacred Heart girls the victory, in uncompromising, slippery and wet conditions was their second win in the past three grand final appearances.
