Clare entrepreneur Bryce Eldredge has become one of just five to be announced as finalists in the 2017 Australia Post Regional Pitchfest.

The national contest which promotes business growth opportunities and experiences for entrepreneurs and small business owners also offers cash prizes, mentoring, and networking opportunities for entrants.

Mr Eldredge said the opportunity to be part of the national contest had allowed him to continue to spread the positive impact his team were making with The Rural Network.

“Making the finals is a great opportunity for TRN to be able to reach even more rural australians and help build our community,” he said.

“We are extremely excited for the other finalists and are looking forward to networking with some of Australia's talented rural entrepreneurs.”

All five finalists will present their pitches on stage in McLaren Vale on July 28 in front of a live audience and judging panel.

“We hope that people will continue to help us along the journey so we can tackle rural unemployment and help people find reliable local help,” he said.

The winners of the upcoming round will head to the national final in Wagga Wagga, NSW on August 18.
