The #iloveclare campaign – a new project for the Clare Valley region launched earlier this year – has come to an end and the winner is Sally Kelley of Blackwood, SA.

This was the inaugural competition involving the Clare Valley Regional Development Australia and Mid North and the Clare Valley Wine, Food & Tourism Centre.

The dedicated social media campaign began on July 1 and finished on August 1.

Throughout the duration of the competition, more than 5000 impressions on the hashtag #iloveclare were recorded, with many of these coming through various avenues including Facebook ‘likes’, comments and reactions. The social media campaign aimed to capture the most desirable winter experiences in the Clare Valley and the winning entry was chosen by CGVC Mayor Allan Aughey.

Winner Sally Kelley will receive a weekend’s accommodation at Clarevale Cottage B&B and Short Term Accommodation.

The campaign was an opportunity for the region to expand its audience beyond its normal reach.
