Swimmers do Jamestown proud with association win

Jamestown Swimming Club won the Upper North Association Carnival last Friday night, the first time it has won an association carnival in around 10 years.

Jamestown finished with the most points overall, having won the handicap section, come second in the scratch events, and also finished third in the team events.

Club co-coaches Lyn Humphris and Wade Meaney said the win was very exciting for Jamestown’s swimmers.
