Standing ovation for Peterborough Citizen of the Year

Peterborough identity Pat Dennis was awarded the District Council of Peterborough’s Citizen of the Year on Thursday.

Mrs Dennis is widely known throughout the community and a standing ovation was given when she was announced as the winner.

The shocked Mrs Dennis cried and had onlookers and family in tears as she stood to thank the community.
