Jamestown teen to study technology in United States

Jamestown teenager Michael Humphris is heading off on a 12- day technology study tour of the United States on July 2.

The St Peter’s College student is one of 18 students selected for the tour, which will look at use of technology in real world situations.

Michael will visit Universal Studios, the Boeing factory, Kennedy Space Centre, Silican Valley, the Jelly Belly factory, Epcot Centre and Disneyland.

Michael, who has a passion for technology, is undertaking studies in IT and robotics as part of his year 10 studies at St Peters College.
