Mathie’s Meat Shoppe has added another National Sausage King crown to the trophy cabinet.
The Clare business, owned by Jason and Delvene Mathie, was awarded Best Traditional Australian, at the Australian Meat Industry Council’s 14th annual National Sausage King Competition held in Melbourne at the weekend.
